‘Tis the season

As December brings 2022 to a close we’re reflecting on the past year here at Cloud 2020. 

Our work is all about partnership, and to be a good partner you have to work with organisations and people that you have synergy with, on a bedrock of mutual trust and respect.  From our colleagues here, to our partners in the Microsoft Channel and our ISV partners Hubdrive and ProMX we value their contribution to what has been a very successful year for us and for them. 

During this year we have completed fixed price and low cost entry projects that have brought Dynamics 365 Sales fully into the SMB arena and have delighted our customers in the process. 
We’ve also provided Best Practice HR Management for Dynamics implementations for  Hubdrive as their English speaking partner.  We were lucky enough to attend the Hubdrive HR Conference in Munich and to receive an award as the 2022 Best Practice Partner.  This was a great honour for the team here and we look forward to defending it next year!

Hubdrive HR Microsoft

We’ve watched with interest Microsoft’s investment in and development of Power Apps and the Power Platform to work alongside the Dynamics 365 platform into a flexible, reliable set of tools to enable businesses and individuals to achieve more.  Our imaginations really are the only limit to what we can build! 

So, what about 2023? 

We’re excited about the new opportunities to meet more people face-to-face, we’re a social lot here at Cloud 2020 and we have really missed meeting you all.  We aim to bring our Springboard Sales solution to the SMB world to enable them to sell more, more easily, and stay on top of their processes whilst they do it.  We’ll continue to offer the full range of Dynamics 365 Consultancy services in our own, people first way, and we’ll also look forward to bringing Hubdrive’s fully featured HR Management solution and ProMX’s Project Management solution to our customers, old and new. 

We’re now getting ready to take a break over the Christmas period (office hours and support details below).
But in the meantime, we’d like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Our offices will be closed from 5pm 23/12/2021 and will reopen 03/01/2022 at 9am

Our support desk will continue to monitor emails sent to for our contracted support customers on 28th, 29th and 30th of December on a limited basis.
