We offer dedicated, contracted and ad hoc support for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Our engineers are qualified, experienced and ready to help you.

Every project includes support

We offer a 45 day post go-live support included in the charges for customization of your solution. This should allow you time to have the solution embedded within your organisation and get everybody used to using it.

After this 45 day period we offer 2 options for ongoing support, the choice is yours

Ad hoc support

With an adhoc support contact, we set you up so that emails sent from your internal support contacts that come to our that you send to our support email will generate a support ticket for our support team’s response.

With this option you pay individually for the time it takes to resolve any cases. We will give you an estimate of the time before we start working to resolve the issue.

Fixed term contact

This option starts from five cases a month, paid for monthly with an annual contract. This covers any issues with customisation of your Dynamics solution and triaging of any issues that arise due to third-party solutions. These may have been used in a customisation process or integration process with your Dynamics solution. It also includes escalating support issues to Microsoft as we create tickets and respond to requests for information on your behalf to save you time.
