At Cloud 2020 we have been investigating the challenges our Partners face when considering bringing in another partner to extend their offering to the customers.

What we understand from our extensive research is that there are three common fears Partners experience.

We have characterised these 3 fears below:

  1. FOBFO, Fear of being found out! As a trusted partner of a customer, you are implementing a digital transformation but there comes a point where you haven’t got the skills to keep moving forward.
  2. FOLO, Fear of losing out! Bringing in another Partner, could mean that you lose your customers to them.
  3. FOMO, Fear of missing out! Fear of missing out on the revenue.
