Cloud 2020 have had a very busy but brilliant period of wins! While summer months can often be slow, full of holidays and naps in the sun, the Cloud 2020 team have been busy at work!
Working in technology is a fast moving, constantly changing environment for all of us. We have been encouraging our team to continue to grow and broaden our knowledge, skills and expertise in order to keep up and stay ahead of the advancements. This is so that we can continue to offer our Partners and Customers advice and services that make the most of technological gains.
We thought we should take the opportunity to highlight some of the amazing work that has been done by the Cloud 2020 team …
Ethan and Liam, our Trainee Support Technicians, have been studying for their Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901) exam after having received a great set of results from college.
Our CEO, Ian has been succesful in passing exams in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (MB-210), Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200), Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect (MB-600).
These qualifications make Ian a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate and a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Our Developer, Paul Owen has completed the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Core (MB-200) alongside the MB230 exam. Which means that Paul has now been awarded with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate!
We are continuing to work on exam success during the Autumn period and have ambitions to get all technical staff qualified to MB201 level soon
In a technology-based world such as Dynamics 365 it is too easy to forget that so called ‘soft’ skills have an equally important place. At Cloud2020 we encourage our technicians to recognise this and are constantly striving to broaden all aspects of our teams’ development. Whilst we are remote working, we are ensuring that we still communicate well within our team and with external Suppliers, Customers, and Partners. With this aim in mind Toby, Katie, Ethan and Liam have successfully completed a course in Effective Communication.
We are very proud of the team successes, especially during this challenging time. It is important for us to keep moving forward and celebrate each win together. We are determined to keep learning and broadening our expertise. This also will help us towards maintaining those all important Microsoft Partner Competencies!
