Cloud 2020 is proud to announce that we are now able to offer our 365 AM Asset Management solution, built on the Microsoft Business Applications Platform, via the G-Cloud framework following our recent successful application.
The G-Cloud framework is a set of agreements between the UK government and cloud-based services suppliers which allows the UK Public Sector to engage with Cloud2020 as a pre-qualified supplier. This makes it easier for decision makers to source and procure a solution to enable compliance, cost management and enhance return on investment from Assets of all kinds.
365 AM Asset Managment from Cloud2020 allows monitoring and reporting of all Assets from M&E through to portable appliances and desks.
It uses Microsoft’s secure and scalable Common Data Service’s app platform alongside the standard business entities of the common data model to surface the information that matters to Asset and Facilities Managers such as; lease end dates, warranty terms and expiry dates, compliance reporting and document storage, asset and location registers, and asset lifecycle including use, costs and maintenance.
Standard business processes are able to be automated, saving time, raising productivity and making sure that key dates are met. A mobile app allows real time reporting and updating from anywhere including onsite.
Cloud 2020’s CEO Ian Bourne said “Our G-Cloud acceptance is the culmination of a lot of hard work by the team to develop the 365 AM solution and then to gain access to the Framework. This will allow central government, local government, councils, health services, police service, fire service and education authorities to transact business with us. We look forward to engaging in these new markets.”
